01 / Mentor-protégé
We help small businesses compete on their own
CRI is an SBA-certified Small Business Mentor through the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program. We work closely with protégé firms to build their capabilities, strengthen their past performance, and position them to compete independently for federal contracts.
Our approach to mentorship is hands-on. We share knowledge, open doors, and provide support that can make a real difference in a small business’s trajectory.
02 / Subcontracting
We build teams with small business subcontractors
With 20 years of experience supporting customers in both prime and subcontracting roles, CRI understands the contribution each team brings to the table.
CRI actively sources, trains, and assigns candidates to small business subcontractors on major federal contracts, combining diverse teams with specialized skills and customer knowledge to deliver results. We structure our subcontracts for simplicity and integration so subcontractors can focus on quality delivery.

CRI works with firms holding a range of small business certifications, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, SBA 8(a), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
