Andra Grasis

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE/CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Andra Grasis was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2025, while continuing to serve as Chief Operations Officer. In her role, she is responsible for synchronizing activities across executive operations and business units, coordinating closely with the C-suite, and overseeing quality management initiatives to ensure organizational excellence.

Ms. Grasis brings over 30 years of program management, business operations, and executive-level leadership experience in the federal government contracting industry. She has supported mission-critical programs for the Department of Defense, Civil Agencies, and the Intelligence Community, and has successfully developed, led, and managed core business support functions—including finance, contracts, and quality—for both large enterprises and small businesses.

An Army veteran, Ms. Grasis holds a Master of Science in Organization and Management from Capella University, a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mark Lundy

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Lundy, CPA is a seasoned financial professional with more than 35 years of public accounting experience. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for delivering practical, insight-driven financial solutions that support both organizational growth and long-term stakeholder value.

Mark retired as a Partner at BKD, LLP, where he led client engagements, advised on complex tax strategies, financial analysis, and client advisory services. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Partner of Lundy Allard & Co., where he drove firm strategy, operations, and growth.

In addition to his professional career, Mark is an active board member. He currently serves as President of the Board for Ozark Empire Distributors, Inc., Board member for Benchmark Group, Inc, and Treasurer of Central Research, Inc. He also previously served two six-year terms on the Northwest Arkansas Community College Board, including as 2 years as Chairman.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Lipscomb University.

Ken Newcomer

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Ken Newcomer is responsible for CRI’s enterprise growth strategy and business development initiatives. Prior to joining CRI, he served in senior executive roles for several companies in the government contracting business. He has decades of experience helping federal customers meet complex challenges and deliver more efficient and effective outcomes for those they serve.

Mr. Newcomer earned a bachelor’s degree at Brown University.

Jeff Amundson

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Jeff Amundson brings more than 20 years of IT and Security experience to CRI. In his current role as CIO and Vice President of Information Technology, he’s responsible for securing and developing the company’s physical and digital IT programs. Mr. Amundson is also responsible for developing, enhancing, and deploying network and computing solutions that strengthen and streamline current business needs and allow for anticipated future growth.

Mr. Amundson attended UW Wisconsin and Marquette Universities and obtained a degree in Micro-Computer Technology from MBTI.
